Wet plate collodion is a volatile and beautiful process. Making images on glass with a hand-poured emulsion is like reaching backward through time—touching the early history of photography and engaging in a slower, more intentional rhythm. Using antique cameras and shutterless brass lenses of the era, the process becomes intuitive and imprecise— shaped by silver, light, and ether. Each plate is a singular object: unpredictable, flawed, and entirely unrepeatable.
